How to Return

1. Request a Return

Email us at returns@valorianshop.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item details.

2. Pack & Ship

Pack unworn items in their original packaging with the SKU label, ensuring all original tags are attached. Ship the package back within 14 days of your return confirmation — keep your receipt, as we reimburse the return shipping with your refund.

3. Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email.

What Can Be Returned

  • Items in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Return requested within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items in original packaging with SKU label intact
  • Defective items, or items that don't match their description or specifications — regardless of condition or time

✗ Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale items (marked clearly at checkout)
  • Swimwear and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage
  • Items without original tags or original packaging with SKU label
  • Return requests initiated after 30 days of delivery
  • Opened beauty products or fragrances

Exchange Policy

We do not accept exchanges of any kind. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get the correct item before it sells out.

Return shipping is on us — pay the carrier at drop-off and we'll reimburse the cost together with your refund. Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

We reimburse your return shipping on every eligible return. Original (outbound) shipping charges are also refunded when the return is the result of a VALORIAN error — a wrong, defective, or not-as-described item. Returns that do not meet our criteria (outside the 30-day window, missing original tags or packaging, or showing signs of wear) may be refused and sent back to you.

If you paid using store credit or a gift card, your refund will be credited back to your VALORIAN account.

Sale items that are not marked "Final Sale" may be returned under our standard 30-day policy. Items marked Final Sale at checkout are not eligible for return or store credit. Final sale status is displayed prominently on the product page and at checkout.
